Give every room its own page, calendar and price, let guests search free rooms by dates, and take direct bookings without paying commission – all inside your WordPress website.
Add each room as a property with photos, price per night, maximum guests and minimum nights. Each room has its own availability and its own Booking.com / Airbnb sync, so a booking on one channel blocks exactly that room everywhere.
The rooms page shows a search bar with dates, guests and room type. Only rooms that are free on those dates are shown, with the total price for the stay, and the booking form opens with the dates already selected.
New bookings arrive by email and in the Bookings list, where you confirm, cancel or mark them as paid. Phone bookings and closed dates are added in seconds. With Ethereal Booking Pro you also get a timeline calendar of all rooms.
As many as you need. The free plugin has no limit on rooms or bookings.
Guests can choose to pay at the hotel or by bank transfer for free. Card (Stripe) and PayPal payments, with deposits, are available with Ethereal Booking Pro.
