This page explains which data plugins.etherealwebsolution.com collects, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
Account: name, email and a password (stored only as a secure hash). Orders: name, email, website, plan, amount and payment method. Licenses: the websites where a license is activated, the plugin, WordPress and PHP versions, and two numbers sent by the plugin (published properties and website bookings in the last 12 months). No guest or booking data from your website is ever sent to us.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal; we never see card details. For bank transfers we only use the order reference and amount.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you logged in (necessary). Google Analytics cookies, which measure how the website is used, are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Your language choice is stored in your browser.
Why and for how long
We use the data to deliver licenses, downloads, updates, support and invoices. Account and order data is kept while your account is active and as long as the law requires for invoices.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account by writing to info@etherealwebsolution.com. You can change your cookie choice at any time with โCookie settingsโ at the bottom of every page.
